What is carry?+
Carry is a percentage of fund profits. When a company we've invested in exits — via acquisition or IPO — carry is distributed. You get a cut.
How much do scouts earn?+
2–10% of the fund's carry on deals you source. On a $2M investment returning $40M, that's real money.
When do you get paid?+
On liquidity events. This is long-term upside — not a quick fee. You're aligned with the outcome.
How does referral tracking work?+
You get a unique referral link. Any founder who pitches through your link is attributed to you permanently.
